Comfort Cove is locally owned and operated. Care, dining and daily-life decisions are made on site by the same team residents see every day. The community sits within two miles of Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital, with easy access to Orchard Lake and Telegraph roads and I-696, and serves families from West Bloomfield, Commerce Township, Farmington Hills, Franklin, Bloomfield Township, Walled Lake, Orchard Lake, Keego Harbor and Sylvan Lake.

- Care available on site: visiting doctor, on-site nursing and physical/occupational therapy, on-site pharmacy, coordination of hospice care; hands-on personal care is provided by care partner ComForCare (Farmington Hills) inside the building
- Respite / short-term stays: furnished apartment, meals, care and the community calendar for days or weeks — after a hospital stay, while a caregiver takes a break, or ahead of a longer stay
- Amenities: fitness center, movie theater, courtyard and garden, bistro, library, complimentary laundry, common areas, business center, bowling alley, dining room
- Life enrichment: the CoveWell wellness program (Move Well, Eat Well, Connect Well, Mind Well, Renew Well) with a public Google Calendar of daily activities, outings, films and happy hours
